Suspension


  • Rear Upright Modification (Machined C shaped slots in top and bottom box sections to make room for Cosworth 108mm Lobro joints. Box sectioned up machined slot to reinstate strength lost by machining.

  • Front Upright Modification (Machined upright to accept Cosworth bearings with ABS rotors)

  • ABS Sensors (Front) Drilled hole in upright at point of intersection of tangent where the out curve of the upright was at the closest point to the bearing carrier hole.

  • ABS Sensors (Rear). Added separate ABS rotor which connects to Lobro joint. thanks to Jim Hearne for making the ABS rotors for me. The Cosworth ABS sensor is then positioned on an ali bracket to align up with the ABS rotor

  • Rear brake caliper mount. Got neighbour to laser cut me a new rear caliper mount to fit a Cosworth rear disc.

  • Front Brake Caliper mount (5mm machined off mount and bracket welded on rear)

  • Avo Adjustable Shocks.

  • Uprated Springs (350lbs Front, 120lbs Rear)

  • Tig welded rivenuts into front crossmember
